Katherine Anderson, C.P.A.
Chief Financial Officer, Seattle Opera

Named Puget Sound Business Journal’s 2008 Annual CFO of the Year in the Non-Profit category, Anderson has been at Seattle Opera since 2005. Formerly with First Interstate Bank and the Casey Family Programs, she was part of the 1996 team that wrote the Not for Profit Accounting Guide for the American Institute of CPA’s.

Traci Drake
Director of Development Information Services, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center

Longtime director at FHCRC, Drake oversees the Raiser's Edge fundraising database used by 60 development staff and manages a 10-member team comprised of prospect researchers, gift processing specialists and a business analyst. Formerly the development director at the Crisis Clinic and the operations manager/interim director with Women's Fundraising Alliance, Drake is a frequent guest speaker on nonprofit database and infrastructure topics nationally. Organizations throughout the greater Puget Sound area have benefited from her consultation on database and infrastructure issues.

Michele Hasson
Planned Giving, Seattle Art Museum

Hasson oversees a development group of 25, including campaign staff. Formerly director of development for Seattle Opera, Hasson managed special campaigns including the McCaw Hall renovation campaign. Prior to that, as director of development at AIDS Housing of Washington, she directed the campaign to build Bailey-Boushay House. Hasson received the 2005 Northwest Development Officers Association Professional Achievement Award.

Amanda Madorno
Principal, Roam Consulting, LLC

Madorno provides fundraising counsel to agencies undertaking capital and major gifts campaigns, including feasibility studies, internal assessments and consultation. Formerly, Madorno worked with The Collins Group, and directed the completion of Overlake Hospital Emergency and Trauma Center campaign. She speaks nationally and is an approved instructor in Equine Experiential Learning and Coaching.

Kate Roosevelt, MPA, CFRE
Vice President, The Collins Group

Roosevelt heads the Product Development Team for The Collins Group, which is the largest female-owned fundraising consulting firm in the nation. Formerly, she served as executive director of the Washington Wildlife and Recreation Coalition and as associate director of the Cascade Center for Public Service at the University of Washington.
