Business for International Professionals (Autumn-start) is an intensive 10-week certificate program focusing on global business, with a business English language component.
This program is designed for international business professionals or international students seeking expertise in global business. It helps those who want to gain a better understanding of trade, marketing, law and finance in an environment of increasingly global competition. At the same time, participants have the opportunity to improve their business English language skills, network with faculty and other business professionals, enjoy the Seattle setting, and experience American culture.
Those who successfully complete the program receive a UW Certificate in Business for International Professionals and 18 Continuing Education Units.
This program meets eligibility requirements for an F-1 student visa. Accepted applicants will be issued an I-20 to apply for an F-1 student visa. For details about admission requirements and the application process, see How to Apply.
