She served on the Board of Northwest Development Officers Association and as Co-Chair of the Puget Sound-Northwest Chapter of Asian Americans/Pacific Islanders in Philanthropy, and was awarded a Brainerd Fellowship to Social Venture Partners Seattle in 2009.
