He has previously worked as a clinical social worker, pastor, and executive director.

Megan is a nonprofit development consultant who works with fundraising and funding organizations. She has served in senior development positions at NPower National and Refugee Women's Alliance, and currently leads the public policy efforts of Philanthropy Northwest.

Erica is founder and principal of Mills Communications Group, a marketing firm focused on helping those doing good to get noticed. Erica has guest lectured at Seattle University, and given dozens of workshops and presentations on how to make marketing a mission-critical part of all organizations.
Amanda Madorno

Amanda provides fundraising counsel to agencies undertaking capital and major gifts campaigns, including feasibility studies, internal assessments and consultation. Formerly, Amanda worked with The Collins Group, and directed the completion of Overlake Hospital Emergency and Trauma Center campaign. She is an approved instructor in Equine Experiential Learning and Coaching.

Laura also teaches at UW Evans School of Public Affairs and for United Way of King County.
Cory Sbarbaro, MPA

Cory brings more than 15 years of leadership and management experience to his work as a consultant and trainer with nonprofit organizations. His areas of focus include organizational assessment, capacity building, planning, interim management, and board development. Cory is also Lead Instructor for the Pacific Northwest Nonprofit Executive Leadership Institute offered by UW Cascade Executive Institute.
Amy Zimerman, MBA, MPhil, MNPL

Beginning her career as an investment banker, Amy recently served as Executive Director of Camp Erin, Finance & Operations Manager at Sightline Institute, and Grants & Contract Manager at Thrive by Five Washington. Now consulting in her own firm, Amy also teaches in the Executive Master of Nonprofit Leadership program at Seattle University.
