How to Register for UW Extension Classes

You have five ways to register for UW Extension Classes:

  • By telephone: Register using VISA or MasterCard.
    • 206-897-8939 or 1-800-506-1325
    • Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m–5 p.m.
    • Extended Winter hours: 8 a.m.–7 p.m., Dec. 28–30, 2009 and Jan. 4–8, 2010 (closing at 5 p.m. Dec. 31, 2009 & closed Jan. 1, 2010)
  • Online: Register online using VISA or MasterCard by clicking on "register" in the class descriptions.

  • By mail: Download and print a registration form. The form is a PDF file; viewing it requires Adobe Reader.

  • By fax: Download and print a registration form and fax it to 206-685-9359. The form is a PDF file; viewing it requires Adobe Reader.

  • In person:

    • UW Extension, University District, Seattle
      (Administrative offices for UW Educational Outreach)
      • 4311 - 11th Ave. NE (see map)
      • Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
      • Extended Winter hours: 8 a.m.–7 p.m., Dec. 28–30, 2009 and Jan. 4–8, 2010 (closing at 5 p.m. Dec. 31, 2009 & closed Jan. 1, 2010)
      • Free visitor parking is available in the building garage (entrance on 11th Ave. NE), in stalls marked "UW Educational Outreach Visitor."
      • After-hours drop-box: You may drop your registration materials in the drop-box located outside the lobby's south entrance, next to the driveway.
