What materials will I receive with my online learning course?
You will receive a Transaction Summary, instructions on how to log onto the course Web site, and any supplemental materials that may accompany the course.
Your materials are mailed within 24 hours after you register. If you haven’t received your materials within a week of your registration, contact Online Learning Support Staff.
I registered for a course with a video component, but I haven’t received the video(s).
If you are asked to rent the video from UWEO for your course and haven't yet received it, it may be because we haven't received a Video Rental Agreement form(the form is a PDF file; downloading it requires Adobe Reader). We can ship the video(s) once we receive the form and your payment. For information about video rental fees, please contact Online Learning Support Staff.
The rental period is usually two weeks.
Refunds
To request a refund for the cost of all course supplemental materials, return the materials in new condition with a written refund request to UW Extension within 30 days of enrollment.
